The villa is built across 3 levels. The 3 large bedrooms are separated across each floor, with the master suite on the upper level, including an open bathroom en suite with bathtub, dressing room and a huge private terrace with chill-out and breath-taking views over the sea and the sunset. The second bedroom, on the ground level, features a bathroom en suite with corner bathtub and direct access to the terrace. The third one is a private guest bungalow with shower bathroom en suite and a direct access to the swimming pool. Each bedroom has independent air-conditioning system and flat screen.
The main level of the villa features an open full equipped kitchen, a living room with a large stylish dinning table for 10 guest, a comfortable lounge with cosy sofas, big smart flat screen with satellite, internet, sound system with Bluetooth and a direct access to a large porch terrace with dining table for 10 persons, barbecue and lovely sea views.
The lower level of the villa is designed to enjoy the sun in privacy away from the crowd and to have a refreshing bath in the private pool surrounded by palm trees. It features a solarium with sunbeds, outdoor Bose sound system, a 10x4m swimming pool, a chill-out corner and a complete outdoor gym for those who want to stay in shape.
With 220 m2 of living space, Golden villa provides comfortable and stylish furnishings, safe box, alarm, WIFI and air-conditioning system in the whole house. The property is surrounded by a 1200 m2 private plot with palm trees, banana plants and yucca palm trees and Mediterranean plants, completely fenced with electric gate and private parking for 2 cars.

Bordering a natural protected zone on the splendid west coast, you are just a few minutes away from two beautiful turquoise water beaches: The bohemian Cala Conta with its famous sunset, and the trendy Cala Bassa with its renowned beach club “CBBC”.
